Quick List understands times and repeats
Write "Take out the trash 15m daily 6pm" and the task keeps its length, its time and its repeat when you put it on the calendar. A line with several times, like "Feed Sampson 7am, 1pm and 6pm daily", becomes one task for each.

Change a task's person after you add it Fix
Editing a Quick List task now picks up the person, length and time you type, and clears them if you take them out. Before, changing the person did nothing.
-
A loading animation on the planner
The activity planner shows the DapApp mark while a busy day loads, so the screen no longer looks stuck.
-
Right-click for a ring of actions
On a Quick List task, a planner activity, a person on the team page, a week template or a staff header, a right-click now opens a small wheel with what you can do there. Phones keep the long-press sheet.

Turn review on or off
Companies can switch follow-up and review off, and a single location can go its own way. Where it is off, the Review page and its links disappear and nobody is asked to sign off.
About review -
Quick List is easier to type into
Type @ to pick a person, and a day that falls after the deadline is dropped instead of kept. A task's length rounds up to your row length, and the activity drawer opens right on the list.

Quick List
A shared list of tasks waiting for a slot. Jot them down, see who else is editing, and put them on the calendar with a preview you can undo. It also reads shorthand: "restock shelves 45m @sam fri" fills in the length, the person and the day.
Quick List -
An actions menu on every activity
Right-click an activity on desktop, or press and hold on a phone, to move, duplicate, reassign or delete it without opening it first.
-
Delete one day of a repeating task Fix
You can now remove a single day of a repeating task, or the whole task, from the drawer. The planner refreshes straight away.
-
Field visits can be logged
When someone goes to an address and the visit does not work out, they can record the attempt and a note, so the next person knows what happened.
Field work -
Start times snap to the calendar grid Fix
New activities now start on a row line instead of a few minutes off it.
-
Sign-up and contact forms are harder to abuse
The public forms are better protected against spam and automated sign-ups.
-
Pages for nine industries
Retail, specialty retail, pawn shops, home care, trades, offices, manufacturing, clinics and property maintenance each have a page with a planner built around how that kind of work runs. Try the demo on each one.

Getting ready for real teams
Emails now match the website. Sign-up and onboarding were reworked, addresses understand countries, and DapApp is offered in the United States for now. New owners land on the first calendar, and there is a built-in User role for everyone else.
-
Found by search engines
The marketing site has a sitemap, share previews and the structured data search engines ask for.
-
Checking the work
Whoever is assigned to a task can mark it done with an outcome and a note, and ask for a follow-up. Team leaders review what their team did on the Review page. Follow-ups carry the whole story forward.
Check -
Week templates
Save a week by role and put it on any future week, replacing what is there or merging with it. Each calendar can have a default.
Plan -
Route map for field work
Addresses are placed on a map, and a route view shows the stops in order with details, directions and a link to open them in your maps app.
Field work -
A public API
Tokens with scopes, endpoints for tasks, people, locations, calendars and the company, and a 90 day history export. The docs are on the site.
For developers -
Invite-only beta and feedback
Sign-up is by invitation during the beta. Testers can send feedback from any page.
-
A calmer planner
Dragging works with the pointer, the toolbar folds away, a single More menu holds templates and density, and rows line up. The settings pages, toasts and sidebar got the same tidy-up.
-
Audit log and global search
Owners can see who changed what, and anyone can jump to a person, page or task from the search box.
Management -
Features pages
The features are now split into five chapters with a hub, each with its own page and demos.
