Is there a free trial or a demo? +
DapApp is free while it’s in beta, and teams join by invitation. Ask for an invite and we’ll send one when there’s a spot. You’ll see pricing here before anyone pays.
Does DapApp build the schedule for me? +
No. You place tasks and mark OFF time. DapApp keeps everyone’s view current and adds up hours.
Does it track time or clock people in? +
No. There’s no time clock. Working hours come from the calendar’s day window minus OFF time.
Does it run payroll? +
No. The schedule view totals hours by week or pay period and prints, so you can hand it to whoever does payroll.
Can staff see only their own day? +
Yes. Roles decide who sees everyone and who sees only their own day.
Can one person work at two stores? +
Yes. Staff can belong to several locations, each with its own calendar and hours.
Does it connect to our other software? +
Not yet. There are no integrations today.
Can I mark a task done or record what happened? +
Yes. Mark a task complete, note the outcome, and flag a follow-up when it needs one. The plan and the result live in one place.
