The daily activity planner for trades teams
Same job. Same address. Same start time.
The technician and the helper need the same plan. Put them on one job with its address, start time and access instructions. When the office moves the job, both schedules change together.

Use the side gate. Call Dana on arrival.
One set of details, on both schedules.
Installs that take two
Put the helper on the job, too.
An install needs room in both people’s days. Assign the technician and helper to the same task, and you can see if either is booked or off before you save. Move the shared job once and both get the change.

Find room before you promise a time.
The phone rings while a pair is out on an install. See who is free for a task and open their day before booking the call. Add the address and job instructions, and the technician can open them on a phone and tap to navigate.

When the van needs to go back
The next tech needs more than an address.
The service call needs a replacement valve. Record the job as partly done and note what is left. Schedule the parts pickup and return visit from that task, with a link to the original notes. Whoever goes back can see why the first visit stopped.
Get tomorrow’s jobs in place.
We are welcoming teams a few at a time. Ask for an invite and get your first location set up.
