The daily activity planner for office teams
Meetings are on the plan. So is the work.
A meeting takes time from everyone on it. Plan it alongside client calls, reports and the work that needs a clear hour. See how the day fits together before you ask someone to take on more.
Example office day
Monday, planned.
Try the planner. Drag a task, switch views or look through the week.
When the meeting moves
Three people. One change.
Put everyone needed on the same meeting task. If someone is booked or off, you see it before you save. Change the shared meeting once and it changes in each person’s day, with the details still attached.

An appointment is time off. Put it on the plan.
Mark the hour OFF where you plan the rest of the day. Dana’s schedule splits around the appointment, and her scheduled hours update. Before handing her another task, open her day and see when she is available.

Training that keeps getting moved
Keep the training hour.
A new request should not take the hour you set aside for staff training. Mark that shared task sacred. It cannot be moved or booked over, so the team’s training time stays where you put it.

The office has a weekly rhythm
Monday priorities. Friday reports. Already planned.
Repeat the Monday meeting, the account reviews and the Friday reports. Save a working week as a template and use it for the next one. If a role needs a new person, the template asks who should take those tasks.
