The daily activity planner for home care teams

Their visits. Ready on their phone.

Every caregiver starts with their own list of visits: when to arrive, where to go and the instructions for that stop. Back at the office, you can see who is working, what is finished and which visits need another look.

Between one home and the next

The address is part of the visit.

A caregiver heading to a different home should not have to call the office for directions. Put the address and access instructions on the visit. Their stops appear on a map in order, with a tap to navigate and the details ready when they get there.

When someone calls out

Move the visit. Send the details with it.

Check who is free before moving a visit to another caregiver. Its address and instructions go with it. A change made at the office appears on their phone without a refresh, so they can open the visit and see the current plan.

After a visit does not go to plan

A missed visit needs a next step.

No answer at the door. A visit only partly completed. Caregivers record the outcome and say what happened while it is fresh. Review their notes, then schedule a call or return visit from the original task. Whoever takes it on has a link back to the notes.

The visits you plan every week

Regular visits. Less rebuilding.

Give recurring visits a place.

Set visits to repeat daily, weekly or monthly. Save a week as a template when the pattern works, then use it for a week ahead.

See week templates

Put both caregivers on one visit.

When a visit needs two people, assign both to the same task. Each gets its time, address and instructions. If either is already booked or off, you see it before you save.

See shared visits

Give every caregiver a clear day.

We are welcoming teams a few at a time. Ask for an invite and get your first location set up.

One slot is still open. Yours.
