Make what works stick.

Follow-ups turn a problem into scheduled work, and repeating tasks make the good habits happen without anyone rebuilding them.

Follow-ups

Handed off with the whole story.

When something needs another visit, schedule the follow-up right from the finished task, one or several. Whoever picks it up gets the original’s notes and a link back, so they know exactly what happened.

Repeating tasks

Nobody rebuilds next week.

The weekly count, the Monday meeting, the Friday deposit run. Repeat them daily, weekly or monthly, with an end date if you want one. Closed days are skipped, and everything rolls forward on its own.

Week templates

Build the week once.

Save a week that works and put it on any week ahead. Tasks are tied to roles first, so when someone has left, the template asks who should take over and remembers the answer.
