BetaPrivacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026 Version 2026-10-29
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your account and your team’s schedule, and some technical and analytics data from the site.
- We don’t sell your personal information. No ads, no data brokers.
- For your team’s schedule, your company is in charge of the data. We handle it on its behalf.
- Analytics run on our website unless you turn them off, and we respect the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. See Cookies.
- You can ask to see, fix, export or delete your information. Closing an account deletes its data within 60 days.
This summary is here to help you read the rest. If it ever differs from the sections below, the sections below are what counts.
Who this covers
In shortWho we are, and who runs the data you put in.
This Privacy Policy explains how SPRAYGENIX, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (“DapApp”, “we”), handles personal information when you visit our website or use DapApp. It applies during the beta, and it is part of our Terms of Service.
Two roles. For the account and the schedule data a company puts into DapApp (its staff, locations, tasks, addresses and notes), the company is in charge of that data and we process it for the company as its service provider. If you are a team member, your employer decides what is entered about you, and questions about that data are best asked of them. For website visits, sign-ups and messages to us, we decide how the information is used.
What we collect
In shortAccount details, the schedule your team builds, basic technical data and website analytics.
- Account details: your name, work email, password (stored only as a scrambled hash), your role, and the company name and address you choose.
- Team and schedule data entered by you or your company: staff names and emails, locations, hours, tasks, descriptions, addresses, time off, notes and outcomes, and who is assigned to what.
- Messages you send us, such as through the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages and actions, timestamps, error logs and security logs.
- Website analytics from Microsoft Clarity: how visitors move around our website, including clicks, scrolling and sessions, and recordings of visits with sensitive fields masked. See Cookies.
- Pixelworx statistics, our own analytics service: the pages you view, how long you stay and how far you scroll, which buttons and forms you use, the website or campaign that sent you, and roughly where you are (country and city, worked out from your IP address). A random visitor ID is kept in your browser so repeat visits can be counted. It is not linked to your name or email, except that if you ask to join the beta we keep that ID and the campaign that brought you with your request. We then note, without your name or email, when your invitation is sent, opened and used and when setup is finished, so we can see what is working. If analytics are off, none of this is collected or linked to you.
- Agreement records: when you accepted our Terms and which version.
We don’t collect payment details during the beta. Please don’t enter sensitive information (health records, payment card or bank numbers, government ID numbers) into DapApp.
How we use it
In shortTo run DapApp, keep it safe, help you, and make it better.
- Provide, maintain and secure DapApp, and show your schedule to the people you choose.
- Create and manage accounts, send invitations, and send service emails (like sign-in or invitation messages).
- Respond to you, give support and handle requests.
- Understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security problems, and follow the law.
We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t build profiles of you to sell or share. If we ever use information that has been de-identified, we will keep it de-identified and won’t try to re-identify it.
How long we keep it
In shortWhile your account is open, then we delete it on a set schedule.
We keep account and schedule data while the account is open. After an account is closed we delete its data within 60 days, and it leaves our backups within 120 days. Server and security logs are kept for 90 days. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to answer them and keep reasonable records. We keep some information longer only when the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
Keeping it safe
In shortWe use sensible protections, but nothing is perfect.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any authorities as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
In shortYou can ask to see, fix, export or delete your data, and to opt out of analytics.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to give you a copy, or to delete it. You can also turn analytics off and ask us not to share it. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Virginia and others) have these rights by law, and we will honor them for everyone in the United States.
Write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are, and we’ll answer within 45 days. If your data belongs to your employer’s account, we may refer you to them. You won’t be treated worse for using these rights. If you disagree with our answer, reply and tell us, and we’ll take a second look.
Age and location
In shortFor adults at work, in the United States.
DapApp is for people 18 and older and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have. DapApp is operated in the United States, and your information is stored and handled there.
Changes to this policy
In shortWe’ll update it as we grow, and tell you about the changes that matter.
We may update this policy as the beta and the product change, for example when we add a new provider or feature. The version and date at the top show the current one, and the “What’s changed” list shows what moved. For material changes we’ll give you notice by email or in the product before they take effect.
